These terms cover the use of this website and the general basis on which Mihailo Growth, operated by Mihailo LLC, provides its services. Where you and Mihailo LLC sign a separate written service agreement, that agreement takes priority over anything on this page.

The content of this website is general information about our services. It is not a binding offer, and it is not a promise of any particular result. Any commitment about scope, pricing, timelines, or outcomes only exists where it is set out in a signed service agreement between you and Mihailo LLC.
We provide paid advertising management, primarily Meta advertising campaigns, for roofing and other local service businesses. The exact scope of work, fees, and duration for any engagement are defined in the service agreement for that engagement.
Management fees are separate from advertising spend. Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platform through the client's own payment method, and is not collected by or paid through Mihailo LLC. Management fees are invoiced as set out in the service agreement.

Our services rely on platforms operated by third parties, including Meta. Those platforms set their own policies, pricing, and approval decisions, and may change them or restrict accounts at their discretion. We are not responsible for decisions made by those platforms, including account restrictions, ad rejections, or changes in advertising cost.
The content of this website belongs to Mihailo LLC. Materials created specifically for a client during an engagement are addressed in that client's service agreement.
Either party may end an engagement in line with the notice terms set out in the applicable service agreement. On termination, any access granted for the purpose of delivering the service should be revoked by the client, and any fees due up to the termination date remain payable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mihailo LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunity. Our total liability in connection with any engagement will not exceed the management fees paid by the client to Mihailo LLC in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
